Top Tax and Accounting LLC has been providing tax preparation and consulting services since January 2011. Our firm, initially established in Alexandria, VA, expanded its offerings to include additional services such as Travel Agent, document, and cargo services in 2011. While diversifying our services, tax preparation and consulting remain our primary focus, catering to both businesses and individuals. Founded by Alem Mekonnen Ejigu, an immigrant to the United States in 2003, our company has thrived over the years.
Alem M. Ejigu, with a background in Business Administration and Accounting, pursued his dream of entrepreneurship after overcoming challenges as an immigrant. His journey started with attending community college, where he discovered his passion for business. Initially venturing into the driving instruction sector with Top Driving School in 2007, he transitioned to tax advising during his college years due to his exceptional performance in accounting. With a GPA of 3.7, he excelled in his academic pursuits and became a reputable tax advisor.

With more than 1,700 satisfied customers, we are proud to announce the expansion of our operations with two additional locations in the area, operating across three different locations in the DMV region.
